Our business is to provide the highest quality training solutions to Polish and international companies.

Since 2006 we have been focusing on innovative approach to training, therefore we constantly improve our know-how and enrich our offer with new products. At the same time, looking for optimal solutions, we always remain flexible. Development of trainees and the organizations we cooperate with is the most important thing for us and it is the development that we think about first. As a company, we have grown through large research projects carried out in collaboration with AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, including, among others, for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and KWB Bełchatów, as well as independently for Arcelor Mittal Poland S.A.

Our three main areas of activity are: training, development programs, and edutainment with training games; training and implementation in the field of safety culture tailored for industrial company employees; and the design of proprietary training games. We are one of the first companies on the Polish market which has introduced trainings with training games to its offer.

This variety of activities has earned us a large number of satisfied clients and training participants. For years, we have also enjoyed a positive reception in the market. We are featured in training company rankings, collaborate with universities, and are regularly invited to industry conferences. This demonstrates that the direction we have chosen is the right one.
