We strive to provide all participants in our programs with a unique and high-quality experience.

We are attentive to the special needs of participants: we ask about them and, if they arise, we commit to meeting them to the best of our ability. We are open to modifying the program and the delivery methods of the educational project.

We are honest: we clearly communicate in advance any potential limitations in achieving educational goals, the possibilities for support, and any changes in the scope of the service. This also includes cases where participants may not qualify for the program.

We are responsible: we fully deliver the contracted forms of support, and in the event of any risk to a participant, trainer, or other attendees, we take actions to eliminate that risk.
