Your responsibilities will include:

• You will be training people 🙂 Initially, you will assist our trainers, and soon after, you will take on a more independent role. This will usually involve working outside the office, often outside of Kraków.
• On the remaining days, you will work on-site, handling various training-related activities. This includes:
  – Learning the tools (mainly training games),
  – Actively supporting the sales department in preparing proposals and working with clients,
  – Gathering valuable know-how,
  – Participating in the design process of MindLab Games training games.

What we expect from you:

• You have some basic training experience and are eager to develop in this field!
• You have a strong command of English — enough to confidently deliver training in the language.
• You enjoy board games and have no trouble explaining their rules.
• You hold a category B driving license and feel comfortable driving, including on long trips.
• A good sense of humor and the ability to not take yourself too seriously are among your strengths (others agree too) 🙂
• Oh, and you are self-reliant – this is important given the nature of our work. 🙂
