Creating an engaging work culture
Both parts of the online workshops are built around a holistic approach to employee engagement and effectiveness, based on their life cycle within the organization. Ideally, each stage should support both the company’s goals and the individual’s personal objectives. As Simon Sinek said: ‘…if you invest money, you expect a return on investment; if you invest emotions, you want to participate.
During the workshops, we will address the effective creation of an engaging work culture through appropriate actions and supporting others, reflecting the currently popular Agile Manifesto approach. Working on individual motivation maps and analyzing case studies from global companies will illustrate Vroom’s expectancy theory in practice. Inspired by the Motivation 3.0 approach, also commonly known as Drive, promoted by Dan Pink, we will explore ways to practically foster an engaging work environment within companies and teams managed by the workshop participants. The guiding principles will be three pillars: autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
During the second session, experiencing motivating monitoring and learning to use the motivating conversation model will equip participants with concrete tools to build and maintain employee engagement. Highly interactive online workshops, designed to raise awareness and practice engagement-building skills, will allow participants not only to realize the significant impact they have on creating an engaging work environment for their employees but also to learn practical ways to ensure the appropriate level of motivation within their teams.
