Trainings for Industry

We train comprehensively and at various levels of management. We share the experience we have gained over the years by researching, educating and developing employees in the industrial sector.

The industrial sector requires special solutions. For years we have been cooperating with manufacturing companies all over Poland. We train employees of various levels, positions and seniority. Our cooperation includes both single training projects and complex implementation of organisational changes.

We understand our clients’ needs. Introducing significant changes in an organisation takes time. That is why many of the projects we carry out are long-term in nature. It is not uncommon for us to meet with participants for several weeks, sometimes even for several months a year. We never limit ourselves to just training. Each meeting is preceded by a needs research, we prepare exercises and tasks for participants. After each major project we conduct a complex evaluation, observing the progress achieved by them.

So far we have conducted motivation and satisfaction surveys among 13,000 employees of Polish production companies. The experience and knowledge we have gained in this way have allowed us to develop our own know-how, which we constantly update and which is appreciated by our clients.
