Behavioral audits

We provide comprehensive preparation and execution of a behavioral audit with a team of 3–4 specialists, including a lead OHS specialist, an occupational and organizational psychologist, and QMS auditors.

A multi-specialist team enables a comprehensive approach, covering multiple areas of production and logistics while maintaining a relatively short execution timeframe.

Audit Plan:

  • Audit initiation – development of an improvement program
  • Documentation review – analysis of workplace accidents and near-miss incidents
  • Audit preparation – development of the audit plan and observation checklists
  • Conducting audit activities – identifying and analyzing risky behaviors, as well as
  • safe behaviors of employees performing tasks at their workstations.
  • Audit closure – discussion of the conclusions drawn
  • Preparation, approval, and review of the audit report

The focus created during audit interviews—on both unsafe behaviors (to be eliminated) and safe behaviors (to be encouraged)—helps raise employee awareness, counteract routine, and enhance the organization’s safety culture.

Additionally, it contributes to:

  • reducing the likelihood of workplace accidents
  • understanding the sources of unsafe behaviors and developing a plan to eliminate them
  • focusing the organization’s attention on OHS matters
  • critical review of existing practices and procedures
  • establishing correct behaviors during work
  • employee engagement in OHS matters
