The processing of your personal data by MindLab Ltd. ltd.

Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Training Services via the Website and the ‘imoje’ Payment Gateway

User – a person making a purchase of goods through the imoje payment gateway or the website

Payment Gateway – a tool that enables quick payments

General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions define the detailed terms for the sale of training services via the Website, which is operated and managed by the Website Operator.
2. The Website Operator provides services through the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Website Operator reserves the right to make changes and updates to the content of the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Website Users by posting a notice on the Website at least 2 days in advance, followed by the publication of the updated Terms and Conditions on the Website.
3. Before using the process to purchase goods through the imoje payment gateway, the User should familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions.

Purchase of a training service
1. Orders for training services are accepted by MindLab Ltd. via email or telephone.
2. Detailed contact information is available at www.mindlab.pl/contact.
3. The price for a training service is determined individually during the ordering process. Prices for all training services are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and include the applicable VAT. Prices for training services available for purchase through the website range from PLN 500 to PLN 40,000 (net).
4. Once the price, sales terms, and service delivery date are agreed upon, MindLab Ltd. prepares an online payment link, which is then sent along with a proforma invoice to the address provided by the User.
5. Through the Website, the User can make a payment for the service purchased from MindLab Ltd. at the price indicated on the proforma invoice and during the purchase process.
6. Prices for all training services are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and include the applicable VAT. The stated price is binding at the time the Order is placed by the Customer and is valid for 7 calendar days, unless otherwise specified on the proforma invoice regarding the validity of the offer.
7. To purchase services via the payment gateway, the User should have access to Internet Explorer 7.0 or newer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, or Safari.
8. Making payments through the Website does not involve any costs other than the internet connection fee, which is borne by the User according to the rates of their internet service provider.
9. The sales agreement between the User and the Website Operator is concluded upon fulfillment of all the following conditions:
– the User placing an order via email or telephone,

– the User making payment via online bank transfer (e-transfer),

10. To purchase a training service through the Website, the User is required to follow the instructions displayed at each stage of the ordering process.
11. The Client may choose from the following payment methods when purchasing training services via the Website: BLIK payment, payment card, or electronic transfer via the external payment system imoje, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A., headquartered in Katowice.
12. Payments for training services are handled by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., headquartered in Poznań, ul. Św. Marcin 73/6, through the online portal www.transferuj.pl. The Website Operator is not responsible for any consequences resulting from malfunctions in the payment system of the aforementioned company.

Withdrawal from the contract
The Operator allows for the termination of the contract up to 7 days before the scheduled service date. In the event of a change or rescheduling of the contract, or if either Party cancels the Service less than 7 days before the scheduled training date, the Party that canceled or rescheduled the service is obliged to pay a contractual penalty of 30% of the net training price for each rescheduled or canceled day of the Service that was previously confirmed.

Final Provisions
The Website Operator is not responsible for the functioning of the Internet network through which Users purchase services. The Website Operator is not liable for messages, confirmations, or other data lost or misplaced on the Internet, individual computer settings and configurations, as well as interruptions or service issues experienced by Internet service providers.
