Employee Motivation – Individual and Team Motivators

👉 During the session, we address a range of topics related to employee motivation and relate them to working with teams that are either co-located, distributed, or hybrid.

🔍 We focus on two main areas—an individual approach to each employee and universal factors that motivate most team members. T. Lowe’s Motivation DNA concept helps us explore the first of these areas. Based on it, we discuss a wide range of motivators that allow us to address the individual needs of employees.

📑 In the second part of the session, we focus on actions that influence the motivation of entire teams. T. Lowe’s Motivation DNA concept, Gallup Institute’s Q12 framework, and Pink’s Motivation 3.0 will guide us in this. We will also examine common misconceptions and accurate beliefs about motivation mechanisms.

👨‍🏫 The session is led by Daniel Wąsik—a manager and specialist in management, sales, customer service, and personal development. He has experience working in international environments, including foreign projects, as well as collaborating with a variety of industries. He holds a degree in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University and completed SKiTZ MATRIK.
