How to Organize a Valuable Manager Academy

🔝 One of our main areas of expertise in providing development services is projects dedicated to managerial staff, such as the Manager Academy or the Leadership Academy.

To tailor such a training program to our clients’ needs, we ask them many questions 😉 Naturally, the clients also have plenty of questions.

🎙 🎙 Wojciech Płuciennik w rozmowie z Błażejem Płaczynta-Brudnik przybliżają najważniejsze zagadnienia, które są niezbędną częścią projektowania Akademii Menedżera.

❓ What training topics are included in the Manager Academy?
❓ Do you conduct training online or onsite, and which format do you recommend?
❓ How long does the Academy last, and how often are the workshops held?

These are just some of the topics, covering various aspects of organizing such a project.

However, there are even more important questions:

❓ Will this type of training work in my industry?
❓ Will this training be effective?
❓ Will this investment pay off?

☝️ We can already say that the answer can definitely be affirmative, but… it is important to approach the implementation of a Manager or Leadership Academy in an organization wisely and thoughtfully, rather than quickly and without reflection.

We hope that after our meeting, you will know how to approach planning such a project together with us.
