Psychological Distance at Work – Returning to the Office After the Pandemic

👨‍💻 During the webinar, we discuss how psychological distance affects everyday work reality. We address the challenges left by the pandemic period, asking questions such as: Why is it so difficult to return to the old way of working? Why are employees reluctant to come back to the office? What can we do about it?

🔍 Our ambition is not only to share knowledge and solutions, but also to ask questions that still have no clear answers. We will present research findings as well as individual situations we have observed firsthand

The meeting is aimed at decision-makers at all levels – from team leaders to senior executive management.

Webinar Agenda:

1️⃣ Who wants to work on-site in the office, and why?
2️⃣ How has our workday changed as a result of remote work?
3️⃣ What is team cohesion, and why is it so important?
4️⃣ And what if we don’t see a drop in productivity?
5️⃣ What are the consequences of psychological distance?
6️⃣ When does hybrid work make sense, and what are the other options?
7️⃣ Questions and discussion 🙂

👨‍🏫 The webinar is led by Błażej Płaczynta-Brudnik – board member and trainer.
