Recording of a presentation from the 3rd edition of the National Occupational Health and Safety Conference: Challenges and Expectations.
We invite you to watch the presentation by Błażej Płaczynta-Brudnik, ‘Building a Culture of Safety – The Challenges of Intergenerational Differences,’ from the 3rd Edition of the National Occupational Health and Safety Conference: Challenges and Expectations.
Recent months have posed challenges for occupational health and safety specialists, particularly in areas such as ensuring health and safety in remote work (which has become increasingly common in the post-COVID-19 context) and meeting OHS obligations toward foreign employees (in light of the large influx of immigrants from Ukraine in 2022).
In his presentation, ‘Building a Culture of Safety – The Challenges of Intergenerational Differences,’ Błażej Płaczynta-Brudnik discussed, among other topics:
- shaping employees’ awareness of safety
- the values held by employees from different generations
- the opportunities and risks of using training games in safety-related training sessions
