Time Management and Personal Effectiveness for Managers

💪 During this session, we explore a range of topics related to using time effectively and investing our energy wisely — especially in the context of the heavy task load we all navigate every day.

✔ The central theme of the session is exploring methods of smart efficiency — approaches that don’t demand working faster, longer, or harder, but instead help you accomplish the goals you’ve set.

📜 We discuss the role of focusing on priorities and explore why they are often the last items to be addressed. We examine effective planning practices that reduce chaos, stress, and reactive behavior. We also focus on sneaky “distractions” and time-wasters that cost us hours while contributing little to achieving our goals.

↗ Finally, we consider which best practices help enhance effectiveness within managed teams and across the entire organization.

Topics:

◾ Dead ends of efficiency
◾ Courage as the foundation for focusing on priorities – Covey’s concept and the Eisenhower approach
◾ Effective planning techniques – including the basic principles of Zen To Done and Taylor’s rule
◾ Distraction as the main cause of wasted time and energy
◾ Work organization that supports team effectiveness

The topic of time management and personal effectiveness is universal, relevant to every employee, and therefore frequently chosen by our clients. We invite you to explore our training programs in practice.
