Time Management: The Path to Personal Effectiveness

🏃‍♂️ How can we get everything done? Almost everyone asks themselves this question. But beware: finding the answer alone won’t bring us closer to success. Stephen Covey says, ‘First things first.’ The real skill lies in identifying what is truly important and managing yourself in time from that perspective.

An overload of tasks, shifting priorities, constant time pressure… How can we navigate it all?

⏰ You cannot manage time—you can only manage yourself in time and develop your skills in this area. You can take the helm, use the available time more effectively—act based on what is important (not just urgent), and make daily decisions from this perspective. In other words, there are ways to handle the all-encompassing rush of daily life.

During the webinar, we will embark on the path to personal effectiveness: organizing and sorting through the overload, focusing on what is important, and… taking care of a sense of inner balance.

During the webinar, you will learn:

  • Where to start when you feel overwhelmed by daily tasks
    • Three strategies for achieving effectiveness and which one is the most successful
•What, besides a task list, priorities, and a calendar, can help you better manage yourself in time
    • How to work with the Eisenhower matrix on a daily basis
•Which areas to focus on to maintain a sense of inner balance

👩‍💻 The webinar will be led by Agata Brataniec – a business trainer and facilitator. She has 15 years of managerial experience, including in the IT industry. She conducts training in managerial and interpersonal skills, change management, and project management.
