SUS Standard 3.0

MindLab Sp. z o. o. On February 19, 2025, the company was positively recognized as meeting all the criteria for receiving the New Training and Development Services Standard SUS 3.0 certification.

The New Training and Development Services Standard SUS 3.0 is a standard for managing and delivering services by organizations specializing in training and development services.

It was developed by industry experts, drawing on the market and professional experience of the entire training and development services community. It is an evolution of the SUS standard, known in the Polish educational market since 2011, which has been applied in over 400 organizations.

It defines requirements for training and development companies (offering training, coaching, consulting, e-learning services, etc.) regarding the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of their services. It sets standards for company management and the competencies of individuals responsible for service delivery.

It is a certified standard, and compliance is confirmed through an audit conducted by a professional and independent internationally recognized certification body specializing in management system audits – DEKRA Certification.
