Quality or Qauntity

Which standards are we willing to give up in order to achieve our goal? Is it worth sacrificing work quality for a higher volume of assignments? What are the risks involved? These and other questions are addressed in the training game Quality or Qauntity.

Players take on the role of competing entrepreneurs. The goal of each company is to earn as much as possible by taking on various projects. Each project carries a certain level of risk—but also offers the opportunity for profit. Players’ task is to identify the most profitable projects and execute them effectively, while also maintaining strong client relationships. Successfully completed projects help build a positive relationship with the client, but every failure will be remembered for a long time. For this reason, players must effectively manage both their employees and the tools that ensure quality in project delivery.
