No installation is required; all applications are accessible directly through a web browser.

It’s designed for all employees. However, when organizing such events, we most often work with managers, HR representatives, those responsible for employee well-being, or event managers.

Special occasions:

• Team meetings,
• Celebrating successes,
• Holiday gatherings,
• No specific occasion — for extended remote work, as a virtual space replacing the office kitchen or break area, to spend time with colleagues without work talk,
• Introductory meetings for teams formed in a remote work environment.

We suggest events lasting from one to six hours (we can also organize a full-day event, though it may not be comfortable for participants). This does not mean a single activity lasting six hours, but rather a set of activities of varying durations combined to achieve a specific outcome. Longer events include breaks, which are necessary for participants.

Activities last between 20 and 70 minutes. Each event consists of several activities combined to suit the client’s needs. The total event duration includes a small buffer for technical issues — in case of larger problems (e.g., delayed login for a large group), the event may run longer than the stated time. In extreme cases, this may require omitting one of the modules.

The number of participants is essentially unlimited; however, to enhance interactivity and team integration, large groups are divided into smaller subgroups, each supervised by one trainer.

The size of subgroups depends on the desired level of participant support and any debriefing of the team-building activities.

• For integration focused on moderated discussions and/or in-depth debriefs, groups of 10–12 participants are optimal. Participants have more opportunities for interaction and better trainer support.
• For a standard event flow, groups of up to 20 participants work well — all our activities are suitable for this size.
• If group discussions or debriefs are not a priority (speaking time per participant in a 30-person group is much shorter than in a 10-person group), integration can be conducted in groups of 30–35. Trainer interventions are minimal, and activities are chosen with shorter instructions in mind.

For events with a large number of participants, it is possible to include a shared session (e.g., an official event opening), but it will have low interactivity — typically in the form of a general presentation, supported by chat discussions or a mini-quiz.

The event price is determined individually and primarily depends on:

• The number of participants, which directly affects the number of trainers required for the event,
• The event duration,
• The language in which the session will be conducted.

Activities are organized into three paths, each reflecting the general character of the modules. However, you can freely choose activities from different paths to tailor the event to your group’s needs. We recommend consulting with a client coordinator, who, based on gathered information (primarily event duration, number of participants, and desired atmosphere), will provide a list of available modules and prepare a proposed event format tailored to the client’s expectations.

No, our events are fully virtual. Participants can join from any location, as long as they have access to a computer with an internet connection.

Yes, the Escape Room takes place entirely through our dedicated website and does not require any physical activity from participants.

No, participants only need a computer with internet access and a working microphone. We also recommend using cameras during the event, as our goal is to foster team interaction.

Yes, some of our modules require dividing participants into smaller groups (e.g., 4–8 people), which can compete with each other and earn points for various activities throughout the session. However, we do not recommend this as a method for integrating new or loosely connected teams — it works better as entertainment for teams that already know each other well.

We recommend full participation. Some activities (e.g., the Virtual Escape Room) require a constant number of participants per team throughout the module and full engagement from all participants. Other modules, such as Pixel Art or Team Metaphor, are more flexible, and not all participants need to be fully involved. However, to achieve the intended team-building effect, we strongly recommend active participation throughout the entire event.

We recommend a technical test before the event to ensure there are no issues with the chosen communication platform and that the internet resources we use are not blocked by IT security settings.
