Online Games

The goal of players in the online training game Effect: Change is to lead their team through the full process of change taking place throughout the company.

01

About the game

Each player will become the manager of a team of six employees who have just been informed that new norms must be introduced at work. The employees are not thrilled about this, and attempts to introduce the new rules are met with their resistance and cause stress in the team. The manager's task will be to manage his employees in such a way that they will all start working fully in accordance with the new norms.

The training game is designed not only for team leaders, but for all members of these teams. Thanks to it, in the online training they will be able to learn what challenges a leader faces and what options he or she has to deal with them. It is also an opportunity to make the players realize that they are part of a team and how important it is to support each other in a change situation.
