The MindLab Support platform is a system of interactive services supporting stationary teaching and/or independent online learning. At MindLab, we use the platform to conduct blended training (part of the learning takes place in the training room, part of it via the platform).

01

Goal

During training in the classroom, we focus primarily on the practical aspect of the issues discussed. To make this possible, however, participants need theoretical preparation. Introductory materials to the topic can be found on the MindLab Support platform. For 20 minutes, they watch films, animations, read articles, and take tests - thanks to this, they come to the training knowledgeable in the subject, with an equal level of knowledge, understanding and using concepts in the same way. We also use the platform
after the training - through it, trainers assess and comment on the level of implementation of implementation tasks, and participants receive access to a variety of materials to refresh and systematize knowledge. The platform also serves as a tool for individual communication between the training participant and the trainer.

02

Functioning

Each training participant logs in to his or her individual account using the most convenient device (e.g. computer, smartphone). The materials are made available in blocks and the participant is informed about it by e-mail.

  • Before the training, the participant completes a pre-test or survey and reads the introductory materials.
  • After the training, the participant completes an implementation task and presents it to the trainer for evaluation, downloads training materials, and takes a post-test.
  • Three reminders We provide exercises and materials that are intended, on the one hand, to help the participant remember the material better, and on the other hand, to help him implement the solutions discussed during the training at work.
03

Application

  • For all topics related to soft skills,
  • When it comes to strategic issues from the company's point of view,
  • With extensive (long-term) training programs.

The Insights Discovery model assumes that each person is unique in their perception of the world around them, and therefore adopts their own strategy for functioning in this world.

Noticing this can be an excellent starting point for the further development of employees, teams and entire organizations. The Insights Discovery Individual Profile is just such a starting point, based on which we learn about our own strategy of action, and then we learn how to recognize other people's strategies. Thanks to this, we can develop our own strategies to make them more adequate to goals, teams, etc.

01

Goal

Insights Discovery Insights Discovery allows you to better understand yourself, your way of functioning in the world, and, consequently, get to know and understand others. It is a methodology that allows you to build individual strategies of cooperation and communication in relationships between people; team relationships, between a salesperson and a customer or a manager and his subordinate.

02

Functioning

The Insights Discovery methodology is a practical extension of the C.G. theory. Jung describing human cognitive functions. It allows you to better understand your own and others' style of functioning by placing yourself somewhere on the continuum of three functions. The first is to recognize how we place our energy in action: whether we direct it more inward. or outside ourselves (Intro- and Extraversion Function). The second is to recognize the evaluation system for the classification of experiences between being guided by objective criteria or more based on subjective beliefs (Thinking and Feeling Function). The third is the style of perceiving the world ranging between focusing on objects and their properties and perceiving more through noticing mutual relationships between objects (Function of Experience and Intuition).

03

Application

Insights Discovery individual profile We use the Insights Discovery individual profile in various trainings, including:

  • Personal effectiveness – participants get to know themselves and develop strategies for adapting their behaviors and attitudes to the environment.
  • Effective team - participants look into the structure of the group and observe themselves from the perspective of its individual members, recognizing their unique value to the team.
  • Effective sales - participants develop in two areas: seller self-awareness and customer typology.
  • Effective leadership - participants focus on increasing self-awareness as managers. They also look at their own resources and development areas.

Extended DISC was created by Jukka Sappinen, who wanted to create a tool that could be used not only for individuals, but also for entire teams and organizations.

The model draws its foundations from the theory of Carl G. Jung. Extended DISC focuses on a person's natural reactions to various situations. It is based on two profiles: adapted behaviors and natural behaviors.

Application

  • Extended Disc Analysis is useful for anyone who would like to get to know themselves better, especially in a professional context. The analysis and the accompanying feedback session encourage reflection and allow you to respond to key information regarding personal development.
  • Extended Disc analysis can focus on individuals, teams or groups.
