Why games?
- Games are one of the few training tools that effectively influence attitudes. Participants in the game, by making different decisions, see which ones lead to victory and which ones to defeat. Each game promotes those strategies which are also profitable in professional life.
- The game experience is very intense. Long after the training, participants remember what happened during the game. They recall the decisions made and their effects. In this way, they consolidate the knowledge and maintain the attitudes they have developed during the training.
- Playing a training game is a time when trainees can safely test different behaviours. It allows you to look at the chosen strategies from a distance, draw conclusions and consider which ones can be used in everyday work.
- Training games can be absorbing. Participants quickly forget that they are at a training session. They behave naturally and make spontaneous decisions. By observing the game, the trainer gains rich material for later discussion.
