Working on a joint project, under time pressure. How to cope in such a situation? The game “Fire!” will bring answers to many questions that accompany teamwork.
“Fire!” is a great training tool for all those who need to develop the competence of coordinating activities in teamwork. Participants in the game, working together, must quickly and efficiently achieve specific goals. By taking joint action, they can observe that effective cooperation is possible only when each member of the team: knows the purpose of the project, knows well what to do, makes decisions and informs others about progress. And when planning subsequent actions: they take into account the actions of the others, predict what they may lead to and how the others will react to them.
