Black Inez

When distrust paralyses the work… invite trainees to play Black Inez. The game will make them aware of the beneficial effect of trust on the implementation of joint activities.

The game is also available online!

Black Inez addresses the topic of cooperation in an atmosphere of trust or distrust. The participants in the game have to complete certain tasks. In order to do so, they can put all their efforts into their own work or pursue the goal at the expense of other teams. Through different actions they will observe in which situations people stop trusting each other and how this affects the overall atmosphere and results. At the same time they will learn how trust can be built up and how to regain it.
