Participants will face the task of running their own business. By making various decisions, they will strive to get more customers and more profit than the competition. Will they succeed? In the course of the game the players will become convinced that it is worthwhile to consistently stick to the initial strategy and optimize actions at the tactical level. At the same time they will learn what strategic decisions actually are and what M. Porter’s concept of basic business strategies is. In the game, all financial issues have been greatly simplified.
