Cooperation

Cooperate? Maybe it is better to act on our own? What and in what situations is it in our interest? The Cooperation game is an interesting lesson in teamwork.

Cooperation sheds new light on the issue of collaboration. It shows that joint action often makes it possible to achieve one’s own goal. In the course of the game, the participants can take independent actions or focus on teamwork. As a result, they can see when it is worth betting on cooperation and what to do to make it successful. Successful cooperation requires: striving for a common goal, proper coordination of activities, clear division of duties and responsibilities, involvement, as well as skilful use of individual competencies of each team member.
