Final Quest

Looking for a tool to make your employees aware of the value of working safely? The training game The Final Quest deals with the topic of work safety.

During the game, the participants’ task is to get as many different objects as possible. Participants decide how to get there (whether to take a longer or a shorter route; whether to use the tried and tested solution or to take risks) and then face the consequences of their choices. The aim of the training game is to sensitize participants to issues related to work safety, including short- and long-term consequences of actions taken. It demonstrates the role of BBS (behavioural safety) for the team and the personal lives of employees. The game has a multimedia character – it has been enriched with an application facilitating gameplay.
