Authority Recipe

How do you build the authority of a manager in your team? Where to start? Is it even worth focusing on building authority when our team is overwhelmed with responsibilities? The management game Authority Recipe answers all these questions.

In the game Authority Recipe participants struggle with the challenges of managing their team as a manager in a catering company. The game focuses on the manager’s authority as a tool for managing the team. However, authority has yet to be built, which takes time – and the pressure of the result encourages one to deal with current tasks. The game is based on a model of three types of authority: Principles, Competence and Values and can be used to work with both novice and experienced managers.
