Gold Rush is a training game developing managerial competencies in the area of delegating tasks and responsibilities. The participants of the game will perform subsequent tasks in teams. In order to achieve success and win against other teams, they will have to take care of the proper flow of messages and division of responsibility within their team. By observing the results of their actions, they will learn the difference between delegating and instructing. They will also realize the benefits of delegating goals and responsibilities..
