The game develops managerial skills in the area of team building, team management and employee development. During the game, the participant manages a team consisting of a manager and his subordinates. He or she decides how many people the team consists of, what tasks they carry out, who participates in them and who receives benefits on this account. It influences how the individual team members develop, and whether the manager organizes the work of the team himself or uses the help of subordinates. If he leads to a situation in which his team works more efficiently and obtains better results than the competition – he will win.
