Effectively motivating employees is the key to effective teamwork. The Motivators game will show training participants how to meet this challenge.

The game mechanics are based on F. Herzberg’s two-factor model of motivation. The participants will perform tasks assigned to them by a randomly selected manager. By observing the course of the game, they will find out which motivational tools work best and in what circumstances. They will understand that in order to effectively encourage employees to act, the manager should first satisfy their basic needs, and then properly motivate them. And this will not be easy, because it requires knowledge of what stimulates each of them to work. At the same time he has to keep in mind at all times the effectiveness…
