Higher sales? You can’t do it without a good manager… The Sales Funnel will show trainees how to manage salespeople and achieve higher profits.

The game for sales team managers. The participants, managing the work of their salesmen, will fight for the highest possible financial result. Which strategy will be more beneficial? Supporting employees in their development and independence or devoting their own time to sales? By observing the course of the game, participants will find out which actions lead to better achievements. Moreover, they will learn how a sales funnel works. And they will learn how important statistics are in the sales process, how important it is to build a strategy on the basis of the data at hand and to stick to assumptions created in this way.
