Effective feedback

During this training, participants will ask themselves what they need to do to make feedback simpler and less emotionally burdensome. The answer to this question will be facilitated by participating in the training game “Informer”.

Giving feedback is one of the most important and universal social competences. Possible deficits in this area can ruin the chances for success wherever one has to cooperate with others. Thanks to this training, participants will see that by providing good quality feedback, they make their work much easier. While discussing the conclusions of the game, they will realize how they should behave in order to make the feedback effective. Finally, they will learn useful communication models and good practices that will prepare them to give constructive feedback.
