Managing your time

During the training, participants will learn what criteria they should be guided by when performing tasks. The training game “Your Time” will help them with that.

During the discussion of the game they will understand that very often they perform tasks that are not important, and thus do not lead to the realization of goals. During the training, they will develop their own criteria of importance, thanks to which they will be able to increase their professional effectiveness. The game will allow them to see that being guided only by the urgency of tasks is insufficient. The participants will confront the myth of multitasking – during a short exercise they will see for themselves what consequences multitasking and the sawtooth effect entails. At the end, they will learn and apply methods to reduce this effect.
