Responsibility
During the training, participants will deal with the topic of self-responsibility and co-responsibility in a team.
At the beginning they will play the training game The Informer. In the process they will learn about the importance of feedback in a team, especially task-oriented feedback. They will then focus on what stops people from giving and receiving feedback. They will learn how to prevent processes that inhibit collaboration. At the end of the training, the participants will develop such a model of communication that will take into account the specific work of their team and the culture of their organization, and at the same time will have a positive impact on the effectiveness of the actions taken.
