Results orientation
In this training, participants will work on communication for the ultimate outcome in collaboration. The first activity will be the gameplay of the training game Allies.
During the discussion, participants will focus on the issues of purpose and communication in the context of achieving the goals set in the team. Next, they will unify the definition of what the outcome is for them and what outcome is desired as the final result of the work. They will go on to examine customer-focused goals, communication for nurturing quality service, accepting and seeking feedback, and dealing with criticism.
