Teamwork
During this training, participants will experience how quality collaboration and communication affect their professional lives.
To start with, they will take part in the training game “Cooperation”. In this way they will learn in a safe way about the importance of the different aspects of communication and cooperation and how these two issues affect the final result of the whole team. During the game participants will also take part in exercises that will allow them to analyze the way the team works. At the end of the training, they will discuss the game and transfer the behavior from the game to their professional reality.
