Behavioral audits

This training is divided into a workshop and a practical part in the workplace.

During the first part, in the course of workshop exercises, the participants will get acquainted with the previously prepared audit tool and its methodology. They will practice observing behaviors, dispel doubts about their interpretation. They will learn how to record and communicate their observations. In the second part, the participants will learn how to observe work in their company. They will experience difficulties in asking questions, detailing answers, building rapport, and communicating results.

  • behavioral audit
  • response practices in difficult situations

  • participants know how to conduct audit interviews in both abstract and directly job-related situations.

Audit forms

All the tools and methods of the right way to conduct a behavioral audit for your organization are determined in advance and worked out in the form of consulting. This allows us to communicate the previously established principles during training: who conducts the audit, with what frequency, as well as: the content of the audit form and the essence of the documentation, and how to use it.
