On the job training (OJT)

How do you effectively induct new employees into their responsibilities? On-the-job training develops the skills of employees and trainers in transferring their competencies to new hires.

Training designed for experts – focuses on practical exercises of knowledge sharing procedures. During the workshop, participants will repeatedly experience the effectiveness of properly conducted position instruction. Effective implementation of procedures in the organization will increase the effectiveness of internal training and customer service training. It is also another step which makes the organization a place of effective knowledge sharing.
