Throughout the training, participants will work with the trainer on two levels. At the substantive level, during which they will learn a number of training contents, and at the meta-level, thanks to which they will understand on their own example the sense and consequences of using particular tools and coaching actions. During the second day they will learn how to deal with group resistance and individual difficult participants. The third day, during which participants will conduct short training forms, will be an opportunity to experience and learn the principles of coaching self-presentation, group attention management, discussion management, and initiating real changes in the area of safety attitudes.
