Communication for results and collaboration

We present a short, intensive online webinar that will provide a solid dose of inspiration and best practices in the area of communication for results and effective collaboration.

During the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to learn some important but not often realized principles for creating an environment of proper communication that promotes collaboration to achieve goals.

By leveraging our trainers’ experience in competence development, using a variety of group work techniques and effective online tools, we can provide the right environment for your employees to improve their competencies in the indicated area in an interesting, engaging and effective way.

We communicate with co-workers every day – meeting, talking and exchanging emails – and we realize that “more” does not help at all to communicate better. During the webinar, we show how challenging communication is in an organization and how this area can be improved. We show how to use a variety of communication forms and tools to effectively achieve goals, foster cooperation, build relationships and achieve results. We draw on both theoretical knowledge in the area of communication and knowledge management in organizations, as well as practical experience and best practices we have gathered in the implementation of numerous development projects in companies and organizations.
To increase the level of participant engagement in addition to the interesting form of presentation during the webinar, we use a variety of activities and interactions and focus on presenting practices and solutions ready to use.
The selection of issues covered during the meeting is based on a survey of organizational needs and challenges conducted with selected participants (managers and team members).
