Planning and organizing work time

In this training, participants will work on their effectiveness in the context of their pre-assigned tasks. In the “Race against time” game, they will see how to work effectively in different conditions.

Participants will answer the question of whether it is worth planning their work and which type of planning (daily, weekly) is more effective. During a discussion of the game they will learn best practices for planning work. Then they will practice the Alpen method by planning their next work day. Thanks to the photo of the day, participants will be able to see what mistakes they have made most often so far. Finally, they will develop individual, long-term plans to incorporate into their daily lives the skills they learned in this training.
