Building commitment and non-financial motivating

Participants will become aware of how they engage their co-workers at work, and how they react to the actions of others. They will be helped by playing the training game Motivators.

They will also understand how financial motivation affects engagement, and the implications. They will learn the importance of the individualization of motivators. The participants will transfer the experience gained in the game to work situations and during the exercises they will generate as many different actions as possible affecting the motivation of employees. Further, based on our proprietary 3K model, they will learn how to give praise and draw attention. They will also learn how to use motivational interviewing. The training will end with a mini-lecture and discussion on intergenerational differences and how to transfer this knowledge to the participants’ leadership practices.
