Conflict resolution

Thanks to the training with the Black Inez game, participants will become aware of the consequences of actions taken, the situation of conflict of interest and develop methods of conflict resolution.

To begin with, they will listen to a mini-lecture, through which they will become aware of the dynamics of conflict formation and the actions that accompany it. They will work out solutions that could change the situation of the protagonists of the case on the basis of a sample dispute. Next, they will get acquainted with C. W. Moore’s conflict circle and the conflict rules, and apply this theory to their own professional situation. Next, they will identify their own styles of responding to conflict and the model of conflict resolution conversation. Finally, they will practice the model during staged conversations resolving actual professional disputes. Through this training, they will learn the principles of crisis intervention and language expressions that facilitate conflict management and emotional control.
