Building trust
In this training, participants will work on developing mutual trust, both on a personal and professional level.
At the beginning they will have the opportunity to get to know each other better as people. The goal of this, depending on the needs, can become both getting to know each other on a personal level and becoming self-aware of each other’s needs and communication styles. They will then look at their personal resources in the context of their professional challenges and goals. Participants will focus on recognizing and analyzing the resources that exist within the team, both in terms of knowledge and skills. This will help them understand what kind of team they are, what resources each member brings to the group, and what activities will promote mutual understanding and team development.

Results
- participants know the impact of personal and professional trust issues on the quality of teamwork,
- participants become more predictable to each other, thus increasing their trust in each other,

Training methods
Peer presentations of participants in the group, interviews in pairs.
Work with the use of drama methods on selected topics, e.g. communication in a team.
