Effective business communication

Thanks to the training game “You have a message” the participants will experience the effectiveness of the forms of communication available in business. They will answer the question when a given form is the most effective and together work out the best way to use them.

You cannot stop communicating, but it is very easy to be misunderstood, therefore during the training the participants’ attention will be drawn to the responsibility
that rests on everyone involved in the communication process. Participants will experience a situation in which, following the trainer’s messages one by one, they will receive different results. They will also practice reading messages on different levels in order to avoid difficult situations in the future due to wrong interpretation of messages. Finally, participants will develop best practices for business communication.

  • participants know the levels of human speech structure,
  • participants consciously decide on sending and receiving messages on different levels,

  • participants know that good professional effectiveness will be achieved by balancing the appropriate proportion of communication and work,
  • participants use communication tools, effectively selecting them for the purpose.
