Effective Team
This training will be an in-depth continuation of game analysis. Participants will learn how they as a team can improve their operations.
During this training they will work in project groups, analyzing specific areas of cooperation in their company or team. As they learn more about the dysfunctions of
teamwork according to Patric Lencioni, participants will develop further actions in an action plan, which will allow them to better build cooperation.
