Involvement

This training is focused on building team involvement. To this end, participants will play the training game Gold Rush.

As they discuss the game, they will notice how their way of communicating and giving information has a huge impact on team behavior and results. Participants will also learn about the relationship between having influence and responsibility in a task and the level of engagement. At the end of the training, they will look at how discussions occur in their team. They will also learn about areas where increased engagement would improve performance.
