Individual differences

Participants will understand how different people work with on a daily basis; that it is their responsibility to adapt the way they communicate with people.

The training will start with the training game Intuition. Participants will see how they are perceived by others and to what extent their point of view is based on facts and to what extent it is the result of clichés. In the course of a mini-lecture and discussion, they will learn about the mechanisms of stereotyping and how to deal with them. In the course of simulation scenes, they practice formulating and using “I” messages. Individually, they will take the PEKA test and learn about their communicative preferences and types with which they find it difficult to communicate. In groups develop a list of expected and toxic behaviour towards their PEKA type. Working in pairs, they will work out methods to improve communication in professional cooperation.
