Leadership styles and techniques

This training will make participants aware of their role as leaders and identify the variety of development activities available to them.

On the first day of the training they will be invited to play the game “Hand up! You’re being coached!”. The game will show them how to manage a team to achieve short- and long-term success,
take care of the employees’ development and simultaneously realize the team’s goals. After the game, the participants will take part in a discussion that will help them see and indicate the usefulness of development tools and methods available in their organizations. On the second day of the training, participants will learn a universal leadership model based on the want-to-power matrix. They will learn about the theory of competencies and competency gap, and on their basis will identify key competencies for their teams. They will learn skills to consciously choose the right leadership style. Finally, they will practice the knowledge gained during the two days of training.
