Building authority

During the training the participants will learn our original model of building authority in everyday work with the team. The training game “Recipe for Authority” will help them do that.

During the gameplay they will become aware of their responsibility for the team and will see the long-term effects of their decisions connected with building authority. While transferring conclusions from the game to everyday reality, they will distinguish between the authority of principles, competences and values. In groups the participants will learn how to communicate specific behaviour expected from employees. Next, they will get to know the model of a managerial exposé and, during simulation scenes, they will learn to talk about their expectations. Finally, they will learn how to enforce rules and give feedback using our proprietary 3K model.
